NetApp was on Microsoft’s top competitors list in 2001. In 2012 we were their Cloud Partner of the Year for our engineering and marketing work together. Picture is Jon Roskill, VP for Microsoft’s WW Partner Group presenting NetApp the award which represented a decade of commitment to the WIndows storage market. It paid off. NetApp’s revenue in Windows was negligible in 2001 and over 50% of sales in 2012.
How to be an enterprise player.
Play with the best. NetApp and Oracle powered advanced enterprises and service providers globally. Examples are Thomson Reuters, T-Systems, JPMC, Qualcomm and Oracle. Leading the program also had perks. That’s me with Oracle and BMW Oracle America’s Cup CEO, Larry Ellison off of Marseille France between races.

Giving Back
